The village magazine - which is free - is published 6 times a year as follows :

• October/November
• December/January
• February/March
• April/May 

A dedicated team of volunteers distributes 'The Bisley News' to over 450 homes and copies for visitors are available from 'The George Stores', Holbrook Garage, Stancombe Beech Farm Shop , The Bear and The Stirrup Cup.  Postal subscriptions cost £6 per annum (or pro rata for fewer copies) and help to keep many people in touch with what is going on in the village.

'The Bisley News' is funded by local businesses, which take advertising (thank you !) and by generous folk who organise fund-raising events or make direct donations.   Advertising for the remainder of this year is possible, but only full pages (£20 per edition).  The advertising year starts in June each year and smaller adverts will be available from June 09.

By the end of July the editor (also a volunteer and rather cautious when it comes to this new-fangled technology) will have tried Nick's patience to the utmost but will probably have understood how to get the editorial pages online.
