Welcome to the Bisley Village Website. This website is for the locals of Bisley and the surrounding areas, plus anyone else who has an interest in our part of the world! The site is built with a technology that allows everyone in the village to contribute directly to the site - should you wish - your own pc, once you have been registered. Registration is easy - just click on the Register link to the left under the login button; once verified (to keep out the idiots!) you will be able to update your content directly. If you can use MS Word you will be able to use the editor! I will be happy to give lessons to anyone who wants them, and the more members we have contributing the more useful and dynamic the site will be for the whole community.
Another feature is the Bisley Forum. Here I have put a variety of topics that I hope are If you live in the local area and would like to look after this site - keep it updated and add new articles, please contact me. My own business currently takes all my time and it needs someone to spend a little time keeping it fresh - I'll give you all the help and support you need! Local historian and author Huw Jones has just released a new book on the Manor of Througham full details here. Nick Warner - Webmaster |
