I am also looking for Arthur information around Bisley Stroud, during the same time periods (1600's and 1700's). Especially looking for any records of ancestors/lineage of a William E. Arthur that came to Caroline County, Virginia on the James River, around 1690. I am also especially looking for an Edward Arthur, married to an Eliza Doar, that also immigrated to Virginia during the same time, though not sure where he originated from. His parents were Edward Arthur married to Susanna Moore. Though, any Arthur line ancestry will be more than appreciated, since I'm researching various lines of the family.
