My name is Christine and I am researching the family names of MARMONT/MARMENT & HALL.

My 3xGreat-Grandfather was William MARMONT b.1805 in Bisley.

His parents are believed to be John MARMENT & Elizabeth HALL.

William was transported to Australia as a convict onboard the COUNTESS OF HARCOURT in 1824.

Would be most happy to hear from anyone who knows anything of these families.
